First Training 2011


On Sunday 02/01/2011 at 10 clock met both Aikido Dojo Essen's to celebrate together the first practice of the year. Head of PSV, Michael Wefers trained for the first time the two groups together.
The warm-up on 2 Day of the year was for one or the other a bit exhausting.
