Last Monday started successfully, additionally installed in the rooms in Kettwig an der Ruhr, the beginner course with Josef Celestina, 2 Tendoryu Dan Aikido. The Department of Aikido
PSV had invited to this course and was surprised by the response. On the mat area 100 square meters, 16 beginner in Aikido presented the challenge. In 2 Traingseinheiten they were next to the first case exercises and two techniques closer to first principles of Aikido and also rules of conduct in the dojo. Throughout
satisfied if weary faces left after 150 minutes the mat.
a nice base for the new Ruhr-Aikido.
